Privacy Policy

Last updated: 7 November 2026 · Written by Emergency Auto Locksmith Oldbury

This policy explains what information we collect when you call us, and what happens to it. It is written in plain language, and it covers only what is true about this website. If anything here needs correcting, call us and we will put it right.

What we collect when you call

When you call 07367 634032, we receive your phone number and whatever details you give us about your car and where it is. We use that information to arrange the visit and to talk with you about the job. We do not collect information through a form, because this website has no form.

How we use it

We use the details from your call only to arrange your visit, carry out the work, and speak with you about the job. We do not sell your details, and we do not use them to send marketing messages.

How long we keep it

We keep your details only while they are needed for your job, and for any question that comes up about it afterwards.

Who we share it with

We do not pass your details to anyone else, unless the law asks us to. Visit data is separate: the analytics cookies described below may share visit data with Google, and that data does not include your phone number or your car details.

Cookies

Google Tag Manager runs on this website. The tags it loads can place analytics cookies in your browser. Those cookies count visits and show which pages people open, so we can see how the site is used. No advertising cookies are set, and nothing here follows you to other websites. There is no pop-up about cookies on this site, and no switch to turn analytics cookies off, so they load when a page loads. Read our cookie policy for the full detail.

Your rights

You can ask us what details we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete them — just call 07367 634032 and we will help.

Contact us about your data
